Megan originally joined Heshima Kenya in 2012 as the summer Communications Intern where she became truly inspired by the impacts of the organization. After completing her BA from Pitzer College in Anthropology and her self-designed major of Ethics and Engagement in Developing Countries, Megan served as an Educational Programming Coordinator for Free the Children. In 2015, she returned to Heshima Kenya as the Manager of Philanthropic Initiatives.
