Community Dining presents its first Fair Trade Dinner with Chicago Fair Trade's Executive Director, Katherine Bissell Cordova, and Jake Elster, co-founder of Crop to Cup Coffee Importers. Chef Ronak Patel will prepare a Moroccan-inspired dinner using Fair Trade ingredients. Join us for a robust discussion of the ethical and economic consequences of Fair and Direct Trade at Read It & Eat, a culinary bookstore located in the heart of Lincoln Park.  

Heshima Kenya will be present to share our story and scarves with attendees.
