Chef Ronak Patel will prepare a Moroccan-inspired dinner using Fair Trade ingredients. Join us for a robust discussion of the ethical and economic consequences of Fair and Direct Trade at Read It & Eat, a culinary bookstore located in the heart of Lincoln Park.
