Margaret Lubaale
Margaret Lubaale has over 18 years progressive experience in senior positions working with community development and health organizations. Widely traveled, she has attended workshops and trainings in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Egypt, South Africa, Mozambique, the UK, Bolivia, Germany and the Netherlands. Her skills include: fundraising, networking/donor relations and communication, participatory program planning, Health systems strengthening, programming for HIV prevention, care and support, OVC support and care system; Youth programming; performance management systems; strategic planning and management; gender analysis and training; behavior change framework/brand positioning and message development; design and production of marketing materials. Her donor experience encompasses USAID/PEPFAR, Australian and Netherlands governments; SIDA, Irish Aid, Aga Khan, Ford and Rockefeller Foundations and The World Bank. She has worked in both community managed and multi-sectoral projects targeting People living with HIV, OVC and involving health, livelihoods, education and community mobilization strategies. She is currently a Senior Consultant with Mpereeza Associates.
