Rosalind Raddatz, Chairwoman
An experienced crisis consultant and negotiator, Rosalind Raddatz is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS), University of Cambridge. Rosalind is also an award-winning photographer and freelance writer, as well as a passionate lifelong advocate for women and girls, education, and human rights.
Rosalind holds a PhD from the School of Political Studies, University of Ottawa, and was a Trudeau Foundation Scholar (2010-2014). she studies players and tactics in peace negotiations on the African continent, with a focus on intersections between culture, religion, and politics. Her other research interests include mass violence and genocide, questions of individual and collective agency, motivation, and choice, as well as refugees and displacement.
